Western Pacific commences drilling at Idaho project

EBR Staff Writer Published 30 January 2012

Gold explorer Western Pacific Resources has commenced additional drilling at its Mineral Gulch project, located in Cassia County in the US state of Idaho.

The drilling will include four drill holes, totalling approximately 1,000m of reverse circulation drilling.

Western Pacific controls 100% of the Mineral Gulch project which it acquired through staking.

Western Pacific president Eric Saderholm said the drilling will be focused on potential down dropped mineralization in the C&D pit as suggested by geologic mapping completed in 2011.

Western Pacific is focused on acquiring advanced-stage projects in the western US.
